From the first bath to the bow. Every bath and groom, at both salons.

  1. 01First bath: a deep-cleaning wash with sulfate-free, paraben-free shampoo.
  2. 02Second bath: a second full wash for a coat that is truly clean.
  3. 03Deep conditioner: moisture back into the coat and skin.
  4. 04Signature spa facial: a gentle, tearless face wash with a scent you’ll notice at pickup.
  5. 05Brush-out & blowout: brushed out thoroughly, then dried and fluffed, never sent home damp.
  6. 06Nails trimmed & filed: clipped, then filed smooth so they don’t snag or scratch.
  7. 07Ears cleaned: checked and cleaned every visit.
  8. 08Paw pads tidied: hair trimmed between the pads.
  9. 09Perfume, bandana or bow: the finishing touch for pickup.
